Re: Keller-Lowry's Privacy Act
To our customers:
During the past several years, a great deal of attention has been focused on the importance of protecting the privacy of non-public consumer information. Keller-Lowry Insurance Inc takes your privacy seriously.
As you are probably aware, a new law was passed and made effective July 1, 2001. It is called the Gramm, Leach, Bliley (GLB) Act. This Act regulates the circumstances where a customer's non-public information may and may not be disclosed.
As a result, Keller-Lowry Insurance Inc has adopted a Privacy Notice in accordance with this Act. A summary of our Privacy Notice is simply; we do not share any of your personal information with any marketing firms, or organizations that would use your information against your wishes. We only use your information to provide insurance protection for your personal, business, medical, and investment policies you may entrust in our care.
We are providing this notice to you for your information only. No response is needed from you. Of course, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call your insurance representative. Click Here to read our Privacy Statement.
